  • Do you want to work to improve the lives of at-risk youth, real solutions for those less fortunate, domestic violence victims? Then DFGPgroup has a great opportunity for you!  As a Sponsorship/Grant Director, you will contact potential sponsors and exhibitors to encourage their support about one of our specific focus area around the socio-economic issues we face today.  Candidates must be able to research startup funding, maintain healthy business relationship, submit applications and follow up.

  • Also seek out and develop creative fundraising opportunities and programs that will benefit both the company in partnership and the people we serve.

  • ​This position requires an understanding in two or more of the following skills: Donor Management, Fundraising, Grant Writing/ Research, Verbal/Written Communication, Brand Development & Messaging, Community Outreach.

The DFGPgroup attended the Leadership & Drug Prevention Conference. Together we're making sure the youth get the proper guidance & information about the dangers of drugs. 

DFGPgroup partner, Brandon Brimley Owner 'Live Creation MultiMedia "is all about community as we are! He came out to capture hrs of footage for the PURPOSE of the Youth Lock-In. Pictured is christian artist Cai Lane who put on an amazing performance to lyrically influence our youth to strive for greatness.

Our invitation to the Arkansas department of community correction was a an honor to inspire over 200 inmates on how to better choices.

We have an overall mission to uplift, encourage and inspire all humanity by exposing the importance of Purpose. Our team is seeking someone with diversity who shares DFGPgroup's mission and values.

  • The Board member activities include:

  • Empower and provide mentally, emotionally and spiritually assistance for all clients to think and live healthier.

  • Providing assistance for families to develop their own streams of income.

  • Developing stronger communities through program engagement, exploration and implementation.

  • Assisting youth and young adults in attaining a vocational and formal education.​

  • ​We are looking for two to three individuals who have either a human resource, nonprofit management or public administration experience. We need to update some of our policies and are looking for someone who can help spearhead this project. We’re looking for someone who loves detail, very organized and has drive to thrust us to be more of the premier, global and international nonprofit we currently are. Most correspondence would be conducted over email with a bi-monthly board meeting as well a meet-up with ED face to face.

Board Member Position

  • We’re also looking for someone to complete an employee development program for our staff and our local projects, as well for our staff in Nigeria. We want these programs to be innovative, exciting and motivating. This individual would also support the Executive Director with contracts, employee deliverables, board training and development.

  • This position requires one of the following skills: human resources, training & development, fundraising, program management, office management, community outreach, and administrative support.

Board Member Position

  • This is for the candidate who is social media savvy. Keep track of daily posting to encourage others & edify DFGPgroup’s services, products and opportunities for partnerships. Email subscriptions, website updates, target marketing, seek event and vendor opportunities. If you like to work where you are encouraged to promote inspiration, peace, and creativity below are a few more following duties:

  • Develop and post content for DFGPgroup in several social media channels including Blogger, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat & Instagram

  • Stay on top of best practices for social media and develop new social media strategies for the organization

  • Write blogs, live tweet, post and tag photo’s

  • Create, market and run sponsored ads by boosting Twitter, Facebook, Instagram account

  • Target marketing is a plus. Study the industry, know what's coming ahead, research and build database, be on top of trending news. Learn and gain the ability to earn contact info from every entertainer, athlete, artist, representative, celebrity, dignitary

  • Co-create & support annual appeal, individual donor campaigns and all events

  • Know how to shoot video and splice clips into top-notch, high quality videos that can be used externally

  • Create infographics that are cutting edge using free online programs

Social Media Marketer Position

Skills & Experience

Strong experience shooting and editing videos, passion for DFGPgroup, urban education, youth development and non-profits. Self-motivated, team oriented and reliable. Highly organized and has the capacity to manage multiple projects. Excellent verbal and written communication and editing skills. Flexible and openly seeks advice and best practices. Comfortable with people and school/business visits. Able to project a professional and positive image of DFGPgroup. Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities. Experience using and/or administering campaigns through all social media platforms.
